They gave me the choice of not replacing pipes that had already been converted to copper which was much appreciated. They also replaced a couple of worn out faucets on our bathtub and main bathroom sink. The supervisors on the job explained everything they were going to do beforehand. The drywall repairs they completed were very well done and the patchwork required was minimal. They were able to do most of the repiping of the upstairs from down below which saved most of our walls from being cut into!
